Community Foundation Scholarships

The Community Foundation has $500,000 in scholarships to award to local, college-bound students.

To apply, students must complete a qualifying questionnaire and submit an online application. Application information is available at
www.yourcommunityfoundation.org/scholarships.

Scholarships ranging from $1,000 to over $15,000 will be awarded.  Since 1983, the Community Foundation has awarded over $5.1 million to over 1,300 students in Palm Beach and Martin counties. Donors interested in supporting the education of local students can establish a scholarship fund or give to the Community Scholarship Fund online at
www.yourcommunityfoundation.org/give or by calling 561-659-6800.

The Community Foundation also publishes a comprehensive Scholarship Directory, which lists additional organizations offering scholarships locally. The Directory is also available to download free of charge at the Foundation's website,
www.yourcommunityfoundation.org/scholarships. For more information, please contact the Community Foundation for Palm Beach and Martin Counties at 561-659-6800.

Scholarship Directory: Learn what scholarship is right for you.

The Community Foundation’s Scholarship Directory is published each year and provides valuable financial aid information to students pursuing education beyond high school. Although many of the scholarships listed in this directory are for high school seniors, there are several for students already enrolled in college as well as non-traditional students.

This year, for the first time, the Community Foundation for Palm Beach and Martin Counties has separated the Scholarship Directory into two versions. The Martin County version lists scholarships offered and available only to students residing in Martin County. The Palm Beach County version lists scholarships offered and available only to students residing in Palm Beach County.

There are literally thousands of local and national scholarships available to students today. We have focused our efforts on identifying scholarships offered by organizations within Martin and Palm Beach Counties. However, we have also included in the directory a list of additional scholarship sources, including internet references.

We hope the Community Foundation Scholarship Directory is a helpful resource as you consider the numerous financial aid opportunities available.
